Castenzio Fiorenza was the owner-chef of the Cranberry Goose Restaurant in Yarmouth Port on Cape Cod's historic Route 6A. Included are favorite recipes from the restaurant, along with stories and poems by the author. The Admiral's lobster, salad, Lancaster lentil soup, spare ribs of pork sweet & sour Cantonese, sauteed fresh swordfish steak, baccala, filet of sole, and of course, Cranberry Goose pate de foie.
